World Mental Health Day falls this Friday, but at the York RI Templars we believe bravery is something to live every day — on and off the pitch.

That’s why we’re proud to align ourselves with PREM Rugby and Mental Health UK in the campaign, redefining what it means to be brave.

Because bravery isn’t only about tackling hard hits or stepping onto the pitch.
It’s having the courage to speak up.
To check in on a mate.
To ask for help.
To face life’s challenges — big or small.

As a team built on community, inclusivity, and care, we know that no one should ever feel alone in that journey.
