Morning lads.

If you have received an email this morning from dbm fitness, then congratulations, that has the link to sign up to your 5 week footy fit training.

It will appear as if it’s a direct debit; fear not, it’s not a monthly plan.

It’s a one off payment, it just means that if you want to continue training with us later on in the year, we don’t have to set you up again and again.

Look forward to seeing you all next week

Tomorrow evening.

There’s loads of parking so if you have ferrari or a Bentley it probably won’t get scratched.

If you can get to Vale for 5.45pm that would be great and we will try and set up a few minutes early.

Bring Water.

It’s indoor so trainers, not boots.

It’s non contact so you don’t need shin pads.
