How powerful and true are the images and the writing below...

✔️ Happiness is worth more than money.

🍗🥚 Healthy vs. Junk 🍔🍕

You dont have to be perfect.

You just have to be consistent for a prolonged period of time.

And guess what....

It's OK to have junk food every so often. It won't make any difference if the majority of your diet comes from healthy whole food and you are on a calorie deficit.

On the other hand, if the majority of your diet comes from ultra processed junk food and every so often you have some healthy whole food. You won't get anywhere.

So do you want to be fat, tired and miserable OR lose weight, have more energy and improve your body confidence.

✨ ONLINE CLIENT OF THE MONTH - NOVEMBER 2024 ✨

Meet Michelle, November's online client of the month.

Michelle appraoched me in the gym, asking for some help with her fitness journey. We arranged for Michelle to have a FREE consultation where we discussed her goals and wants and how online coaching may benefit her to help her achieve her goals.

Michelle said she would give it a go as it would work well with her and her lifestyle being a busy single working parent. Online coaching would suit because she could do her training in the gym when she had the opportunity, and when she didn't have that opportunity due to life commitments, she could do things at home.

Right from the word go, Michelle stuck to her plan and followed it on a weekly basis. She started to change her diet in small stages so that she could make it part of her lifestyle and so her body could get used to small changes rather than completely changing everything.

Michelle's initial goal was to lose a stone and to build a healthier lifestyle for her and her children. Michelle has been online coaching now for 4 weeks. She has absolutely smashed her initial goal and has lost just over a stone. She has built fitness into her life and is enjoying what she is doing. Her confidence has grown so much in the gym, and it's so amazing to see and hear on our weekly check-in calls.

I am so proud of what she has achieved so far. She trains every week without fail, following her tailored programme that fits her lifestyle. She has made healthy sustainable nutritional changes both to her nutrition and her children's. She attends our catch-up calls every week and is always so positive. She is a true credit to herself and a real inspiration to others.

Online coaching can fit around your lifestyle, however busy it may be. Michelle is proof of this. She has achieved her initial go and is already on track to smash her next.

Michelle's journey has been so incredible, and it just goes to show that anything can be achieved. Michelle is a single parent with a very, very busy life. And despite all of this, Michelle because she has the correct mind and listened the correct advice and guidance given to her, stuck to her plan, changed her nutrition and the results she has achieved so far have been amazing. In just over 4 weeks, Michelle has hit her target goal and lost just over a stone.

Michelle shows such a determined personality, and this shows in the journey she has been on so far and never ever given up.

📍 She completes her tailored workouts every week.
📍 She attends her weekly online catch-up calls.
📍 She has applied and is following the nutritional guidance given.
📍 She is making healthier food choices.
📍 She is still enjoying social events and allowing themselves food and fitness freedom.

I can't wait to see what transformations we can make together, and I am mega excited about the future for them both.

✨ ONLINE CLIENT OF THE MONTH - OCTOBER 2024 ✨

Meet Shannise, October's online client of the month.

Shannise got in contact with me through one of her friends, who I was 1-2-1 training at the time as she wanted some advice and guidance on training and what she needed to do to achieve her goals.

Shannise was training at another gym at the time, so the best option moving forward was to set her up with online coaching. That way, she could still get a tailored workout and nutritional plan that she could easily follow through my training app and still train at the gym she was already using.

Right from the word go, Shannise stuck to her plan and followed it on a weekly basis. She started to change her diet in small stages so that she could make it part of her lifestyle and so her body could get used to small changes rather than completely changing everything.

Shannise still has a good social life and doesn't worry about calorie counting and not enjoying life. She has built a good weekly structure and is still achieving her goals every week and always pushing herself, which is so amazing to see.

She has built fitness back into her life and is enjoying what she is doing. Her confidence has grown so much, and it's amazing to hear this on our weekly catch-up calls.

As her coach, I am so proud of what she has achieved so far. She trains every week without fail. She is fully committed to making healthy sustainable nutritional changes, and she attends our catch-up calls every week so we can discuss the good and bad things and make changes as and when we need to. All of this is credit to her as a person and the results and newfound confidence in her shows. Well done.

❓️ What things have you tried to help you lose weight ❓️

For the majority of people reading this, you probably, at some point in your life, have tried to lose weight. As well as this, you have probably used something to help you do this, like trying a fad diet that works short term but not long term. Or you may have even used some of these to help:

📍 Fat burners
📍 No carbs after 6 pm
📍 Apple cider vinegar
📍 Juice plus diet
📍 Weight loss injections

I am curious to know if and what you have tried in the past or are currently using now and if it actually worked. And when I say worked, I mean long term worked not just helped you achieve it short term and then after you have finished you have gone straight back into your old ways and habits.

I believe some of these do serve a purpose and do work in helping aid weight loss and fat loss, but we should educate ourselves to what works for us and our own bodies long term to make it part of our everyday life. And make it sustainable.

If you have tried one of the above ways to lose weight, finished it and put the weight back on or if you feel you have a terrible diet and because of it are not achieving your goals I would love to hear from you. (Comment below and let me know)

One of the marvellous things about a community is that it enables us to welcome and help other people in a way we may not be able to as individuals. It's a place where we can share our strength, our inspirations, and our feelings and perhaps, in turn, help people find self-confidence and belief that they can achieve.

🟢 GO! Try something new when doing leg extensions 🟢

We traditionally associate 21's with exercises for the biceps. Well, guess what! You can do them with leg extensions aswell for your quads.

Here are 5 easy steps how:-

1️⃣ Adjust the seat to fit your height (for most machines, your knees should be aligned with the pivot point) and sit upright.
2️⃣ Grasp the handles and make sure you do not allow the glutes to elevate above the seat.
3️⃣ Perform 7 repetitions where you raise the legs from the bottom to halfway up.
4️⃣Without a break after the first 7 repetitions, perform 7 repetitions where you raise the legs from halfway up to all the way up to full leg extension.
5️⃣ Without a break after the second 7 repetitions, perform 7 full repetitions from all the way down to all the way up.

Give it a go. Enjoy the BURN!

Makes me feel so blessed to be able to do the job I do by helping others.

Kim's journey has been so incredible, and it just goes to show that anything can be achieved with the correct mind and correct advice and guidance. and the results she has achieved so far have been amazing. Kim shows such a positive personality and this shows in the journey she has been on so far and never ever given up.
