✨ ONLINE CLIENT OF THE MONTH - OCTOBER 2024 ✨
Meet Shannise, October's online client of the month.
Shannise got in contact with me through one of her friends, who I was 1-2-1 training at the time as she wanted some advice and guidance on training and what she needed to do to achieve her goals.
Shannise was training at another gym at the time, so the best option moving forward was to set her up with online coaching. That way, she could still get a tailored workout and nutritional plan that she could easily follow through my training app and still train at the gym she was already using.
Right from the word go, Shannise stuck to her plan and followed it on a weekly basis. She started to change her diet in small stages so that she could make it part of her lifestyle and so her body could get used to small changes rather than completely changing everything.
Shannise still has a good social life and doesn't worry about calorie counting and not enjoying life. She has built a good weekly structure and is still achieving her goals every week and always pushing herself, which is so amazing to see.
She has built fitness back into her life and is enjoying what she is doing. Her confidence has grown so much, and it's amazing to hear this on our weekly catch-up calls.
As her coach, I am so proud of what she has achieved so far. She trains every week without fail. She is fully committed to making healthy sustainable nutritional changes, and she attends our catch-up calls every week so we can discuss the good and bad things and make changes as and when we need to. All of this is credit to her as a person and the results and newfound confidence in her shows. Well done.
