⚽ The technical discipline young players need

1. Ball mastery every session
Players should become comfortable with the ball at both feet. Encourage lots of touches:

* Dribbling with the inside, outside and sole of the foot
* Changes of direction and speed
* Turning away from pressure
* Using both left and right feet
* Keeping the ball close when in traffic

The goal is to make the ball feel natural rather than something they have to think about.
