Championship of Yeovil Yeovil & District Sports Skittle League (That’s How We Roll) v Yeovil Skittle League (Dave). We played the Championship of Yeovil on Friday 22nd May Yeovil Sports and Social Club - Johnson Park

A good start by both teams with Yeovil Skittle league with a lead of 8 pins after two hands. The third hand was tied, 63 from both teams and a 67 fourth hand from That’s How We Roll, the gap now just 1 pin, with Dave with the advantage.

Dave played first, recording 59 and 54, the target to win 115. A steady start from That’s How We Roll, 18 pins after 2 hands, then the magic started. A 16 spare from Sam Hulland, 10 from Kyle Pennell, 15 from Vice Captain Shane Rice the final total 83, pulling 24 pins. On the final hand, spares from Andrew McMillan (15) and Steve Boyd (15) recorded a 74 hand, pulling another 20 pins and Yeovil Sports Skittle League retaining the Championship of Yeovil trophy.
