Our Thursday session is cancelled due to this extreme heat. The safety of our mums and babies is our priority therefore. Any free sessions will be moved to next week when hopefully things are cooler.

We hope all our mums and babies are having fun in the sun.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, you’re not alone..

Our classes are great for switching off (nearly) and focusing on something for you. Your little one will be kept busy socialising, and you’ll walk out feeling a sense of accomplishment!

Our mums (and babies) did fabulous in yesterday’s heat!!!

If you’re wondering what our classes are like, and how you’ll cope look after your little one whilst working out - our classes are extremely relaxed and the babies absolutely love socialising!

Our current babies are a good mix of ages so your little one will fit right in! We even have the bigger kids join us in the school holidays (this are my favourite sessions)
