The girls made a glorious start to their league campaign last weekend with a sweeping victory and a clean sheet. Well done, girls 👏🤩🥳

It was a fantastic performance from our girls at the weekend, in a match that they dominated from start to (very impressive) finish.
With the competitive league afoot this coming Saturday, the mood is one of excitement all round.

A special mention has to be given to our captain Sorayah [sponsored by Squeaky Clean Windows] whose persistent attack was instrumental in the win last week, netting 5 goals. Sorayah, you're awesome!

It was a valiant effort from our girls in a thrilling Saturday morning match against Ruthin. If we'd have played in the first half like we did in the second, it would have been a different overall result. 3 in the net, which could have easily been double that in the second half, is a great performance from our girls who are still in the earliest phase of their journey as a team together.

We're looking forward to welcoming Ruthin Town FC Girls U12s to the Ponciau tomorrow morning.

Week on week our girls are bringing their best efforts to the pitch and we are sure tomorrow will be another class effort from them, to kick off the new month in style.

With no league fixture this week, it was opportune for our girls to enjoy a friendly game...and enjoy it they did. A 9-1 win at home and it was smiles all round. Happy days. Well done, girls.

Our Centre Back, number 4, Paige, fought bravely in a tough battle at Dee Park yesterday, more than earning her 'Player of the Match' accolade. It wasn't the result that we wanted this morning, but so much of what the girls delivered was exactly the performance we were aiming for...
Improved communication, tenacious defending, creating chances until the final whistle...it just didn't come together for us when it came to finding the back of the net today.
