Something else for the adults. We are hosting a Level 1 coaching course on Thursday 30th July at the TMG Social club.
Whether you are interested in setting up an academy/club, or just want to have the knowledge to be able to help/coach someone with their darting ability, this course is for you.

We have a couple of dart competitions coming up with limited spaces left.
Our first one is next Sunday is the Hampshire Open for the Youth at St Mary’s in Southampton. To book your space, scan th QR code which will direct you to the Club's page, there are not many spaces left for this one. 96 Youth players, round Robin then KO stages.
The next Youth only one is 26th July at The Empire Club in Lancing. To secure your place in the main Youth singles, pre entry is required, once you've paid your £5, your entry is guaranteed. The other comps on the day like the early bird, pairs and plate, and the halve it comps are all payable on the day.

SEASON 3 - WEEK 7

The season is drawing to a close, and we will soon see who will be grading up. It is already confirmed that Ozzy will be at least 🔴 Red, and Oliver will be at least 🟣 Purple, with a few more on the fringe

Special mention to Abbi, who was away at the JDC Girls Series, and secured a JDC World Championship spot in the process - Well done Abbi 👏

PERSONAL BESTS 🎯

Sinead was back on form, securing a new PB of 🟡 414, Ted nudged his PB closer to Blue Territory with a 🟢 588, Leighton secure a solid 🔵 673 to push closer to Red, Harry smacked in a cracking 🔴 792, and Archie’s barnstorming ⚫️ 949 introduced him to the Black Zone for the first time

Riley B remains unbeaten after 8 Games to lead the pack, with Jamie just behind on Leg Difference having played 1 more game. Eef, Joe, Jack, and Ben are the chasing pack with 7 wins apiece, with Manny, Morgan, Rocco, and Harry C all making up the Top 10 with 6 wins each

NEXT WEEK 🎯

The last week of the season will see us going ‘Military’ once again, to determine your rank within the Academy Army. We will also be debuting our ‘Labyrinth’ Competition, in Singles and Balanced Pairs format, the second outing of our Darts Quiz, and the Lucky Dip - So bring your energy and some £1 Coins

Absolutely amazing Darts from Abbi. It is truely amazing in our first year of operating to have one our of academy members performing a such a high level.

Keep up the amazing work Abbi, we are all so proud of you.

Abbi Ettridge has just completed her 1st season in the JDC Junior Darts Corporation Girls Series.

Abbi clinched 4th position overall after reaching a 1/4 final and a semi-final this weekend.

The top 4 places are rewarded with an invite to the JDC World championships in in November. At this event Abbi will now compete in

Junior Open
Legacy Open

Abbi has had a terrific series and has grown in confidence and ability. The highlight was the event 5 win.

The JDC England team have made Hangar 61 a great place for all the girls to progress their games and compete with each other. Special thanks to Josh and Joe for their continuous support all series.

Abbi has really enjoyed meeting all the other girls and has made some really good friends.

Our academy venue are hosting an accreditation day on 10th September. If you or anyone you know are interested in becoming Accredited by the JDC, please do contact them and get yourselves booked in on the course. The course will run from 9.30am until 3pm ish. For further information, please contact us or the JDC Junior Darts Corporation directly. The Accreditation is delivered by the JDC.

PERSONAL BESTS 🎯

Morgan ‘The Meteor’ (aka Morgs, The Morgster, The Morganator) recorded the only PB this week, also becoming this weeks MVP with a stunning ⚫️ 1133 which included 10 Doubles. He also displayed some ‘Relentless Wizardry’ (If you know, you know) during the ‘Bat and Ball’ Task, by hitting 3 x Bullseyes in the same round
