are supplying our valuable mentoring service for a 6 week period to the Lancing FC mens 1st team, u18s and u15s. ⚽🧠
This year our 'Mentoring through football' programme will provide life & football specific mentoring to 12 young people. 👥✨
The programme will cover:
- Professional experience & football advice 🎓
- Mindset & discipline coaching 🧠📈
- Drugs/alcohol advice/prevention 🚭
- Qualified individual football coaching & analysis 🎯
- Anxiety & depression education and support 🗣️
- Motivation & confidence building 💪
- Physical, dietary & nutritional advice 🥑
- Career option advice 📝
- Plus much more!
