Every day for 30 days you will receive a mini workout from me. To start with all you have to do is take your body measurements before your first workout and save it.
complete your workouts daily and text me to say you've completed for that day, if I don't hear from you then I will send you a reminder!
After 30 days take your body measurements again and then compare it with your first and see the amazing results, it's that simple! :)
