Mitch was in on Tuesday continuing his ACL rehab journey πͺ
Now 10 months post ACL reconstruction, weβre focused on rebuilding strength, improving single-leg stability and preparing him for a confident return to sport.
Here heβs working through single-leg barbell RDLs - a great exercise for developing posterior chain strength, balance and control through the recovering leg.
Rehab doesnβt stop when youβre back running. The goal is to restore strength, reduce injury risk and return stronger than before.
