Training Report

Fitness fitness fitness 😂 no but credit to these girls are smashing everything we are throwing at them♦️⚽♦️⚽

We are pushing the girls harder every session and it's paying off!!! The girls are getting sharper and alot fitter 💪 💪

This is all preparation for this weekends tournament Thursday I have some intensity sessions planned and Conor is going to help me out with this!!! But no massive respect to the girls for grafting like they always do!!!

Trainer of the week goes to an very impressive Georgia she's smashing it weekly and her confidence is flying keep going little one and I will keep pushing you every week!!!

For the girls on my pitch today… what a shift! 👏⚽️

Not the result we wanted, but honestly a really good performance from everyone. The teamwork was brilliant, girls swapping positions and helping each other out when legs got tired. Love seeing that kind of attitude! 💪🏾💎

Football-wise, the improvement is there for everyone to see! ⭐️

What a strike!! Pushed up into midfield and absolutely smashed one in! Not only got herself a great goal, but her work rate in midfield and defence was top class. Won her battles all over the pitch and deservedly picked up Coaches Girl of the Game! 👏⭐️ The hard work she’s been putting in at training definitely carried over today. Well done Mia! 💪🏾⚽️

Their Girl of the Game today! Being younger than most of the girls and still having the confidence to step into goal and pull off some brilliant saves. Still learning the game and keeping up with the big girls! Proud of my offspring! 💪🏾⭐️

Match Report!!! Diamond vs Cheetahs U10s 😍😍

Another amazing performance by the girls today 😍😍 they played a very well drilled Cheetahs who play really nice football!!!! But once again our physicality in midfield and our brick wall defending paid of with our solo attacker, busting her gut and scoring 2, 1v1’s 😍😍😍

Honestly the effort today and we played 2 30min half’s to get the girls some extra fitness in and the hard work is paying off!!!! Every 50/50 the girls were going in and winning it and being physical 😍😍

There coaches man of the match goes to and absolutely amazing performance from Penelope Scott!!! This little one runs untill there is no running left, she has the ability to cover so much ground and always win the ball keep smashing it P!!! Your doing everyone proud 😎😎

Our coaches man of the match goes to the brick wall Ruby Rose!!!! Nothing got past her today, not only was she being a brick wall but her talking and telling people to mark up is next level, keep being you kid pleasure to coach 😍😍😍

Weekend off and then back to it Monday as we have the tournament Saturday 😍😍

Match Report speaking on behalf of 3 very proud coaches!!!!!

Diamonds vs Maryport!!!!

The Hard work endless training and endless matches is working!!!!!! Honestly today myself and Mall watched from the sidelines and were so proud passing from the back passing through the midfield!!! Dannie Mae grafting running at people all were on fire!!!! The best part about today was the effort!!!! And as we are moving forward all substitutes came on and give 100% and thats all I want for the girls to understand!!! That they earn there tops they a wearing and today they done us all proud!!!!

Massive shout out to Maryport for battling all game and have some serious talent as well 😍😍

But going back to game the passing was amazing and it really was!!!! It was an Oh look we are actuslly playing football 😍😍😍 so chuffed fitness is massive thing with this team so tomorrow we are going to be doing fitness again!!!!

But keep smashing it and keep proving everyone wrong and show that we are maybe a small team but have hearts the size of lions!!!!!!

Their coaches girl of the game goes to a double hatrick from Danni Mae!!!!! I’ve been doing 1 to 1s with Danni about running at people and it’s all came together!!!! Keep going girl your a superstar 😍😍

Our coaches girl of the game goes to a Lillie Mae Clague I know it might surprise that I don’t tend to give her it but today she was on fire, dribbling grafting setting some goals up!!!! You make me proud every game but today Jesus you were good!!!!

So happy with the team today!!!! It was a massive turn around, effort from every girl!!!! Listening it just goes to show you that we have massive potential 😍😍😍😍

Training Report!!! First one in a while been match crazy at the minute 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🙈

This was a fitness based training session and all the girls were absolutely fantastic!!!!

Once the girls understood that it wasn’t me running the laps if they kept talking they sharply understood 🤣🤣🤣, honestly it was the best training session I have done in months!!!!! I don’t know if the talk about no effort in training/matches means no game time and these girls blew me away today!!!!

Fantastic and thats me being modest!!!! The weather was awful and they still showed up and keen!!!! This is what coaching is about progressing and showing determination!!!!!

Trainer of the week goes to an amazing effort from Brooke Musgrave!!! She has a word with me before training and asked what I wanted of her and she blew me out the water!!!!!

But well done team, maximum effort today was brillant 😍😍😍😍
