Great effort by our Friday night team tonight in end lost 5 - 2 away to Whitehaven A but we definitely gave them a game well played to D Steele rink 15 - 0 down one stage in the game came back to win 18 - 17 what a come back on there rink 🤩

We got our first win off the season tonight in WCBL beating Harris Park 7 - 0 51 shots to 42,

Last night we played our first WCBL match of the season away at Workington B very close game went down to last couple ends, but we lost 5 - 2 47 - 45 on shots in the end.

Sad news this evening Cyril Atkinson WCMTL and WCBL secretary and life member of Cumbria Bowling Association has passed away this evening our thoughts with Cyril’s family, RIP Cyril.
