It's still the summer break and I'm getting back to designing the new park posters for Wild Chi Tai Chi in Gheluvelt Park and Fort Royal Park 😍

In the meantime, my Wednesday nights are Women's Tai Chi nights 😍. Bookings have just opened for the next 6 week course specifically for women at Lyppard Hub WR4 0DZ.

I'm heading off to Buddhafield festival to offer Craniosacral Therapy Worcester to lovely festival peeps.

Next Wild Chi Tai Chi session will be Friday 24th July in Gheluvelt Park.

It’s cooling down for the evening and looking to stay below 30 tomorrow morning at 10am. I’ll be there for Tai Chi 🤩 come and play in the shade. Bring lots of water. Stay home if you have a condition made worse by heat 😍🥰😍

Wednesday Teatime in Gheluvelt - final session this week.... Keeping a weather watch and will go ahead if the "feels like" temp is below 30 degrees. 29 is on the border - check the calendar Wednesday pm...

This week is looking very hot! Keep your eyes on the live calendar for cancellations if it's too dangerous (particular Monday in Fort Royal). Otherwise we will find some delicious shade and play some gentle Tai Chi.

Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated and stay home if you have a health condition that gets worse in the heat.
