I’m a health and wellbeing coach specialising in 1–1 support for neurodiverse children, including autistic and ADHD children. My sessions are designed to meet each child exactly where they are emotionally, physically, and developmentally in a safe, pressure-free environment.
Health and wellbeing is pivotal for neurodiverse children. The right support can:

I already work closely with autistic and ADHD children and bring a strong understanding of their needs through:

✔️ A compassionate, child-led approach
My 1–1 sessions can include:
🏃♂️ Movement-based activities – running, weight training, boxing, swimming, multi-sports, balance & mobility
🥗 Nutrition & cooking sessions – building healthy relationships with food
🧠 Mindfulness mentoring – managing emotions, responding instead of reacting, and building healthy friendships
Every session is adapted to your child with focus on their interests, energy levels, sensitivities, and strengths. No pressure, no forcing, no “one size fits all”. Just support, understanding, and encouragement.
