Hi my Names Helen, Here some I've been in love with the world of dance and music since I was a little girl. I'd always be the first one on the dance floor, not much has changed their. With my love and passion for music and dance I learnt to dance different styles and rhythms. This took me down the path over 10 years ago to try this amazing format ZUMBA - a fitness programme that helps you burn ca

lories the fun way dancing to different rhymes from around the world. I must admit I wasn't sure at first when I first heard about it "what's this Zumba, I thought?" Well I decided to give it a go, oh my goodness, it was amazing, the Instructor was on fire! Years later I took my licence and became a Zumba & Zumba gold Instructor and I've never looked back, I love how zumba brings people together from all walks of life, a community, where we can workout the fun way, make friends, giggle and burn calories in the process. It doesn't matter what language you speak, you can go to any class and fit straight in as we only speak one- dance! You don't have to be a dancer to do zumba even those two left feet move and groove. In my spare time when I'm not teaching Zumba i love spending time with my family and dancing to my favourite rhythms salsa and bachata with our fab Salsa King.
