Why your surface could be saving you 💰

Balance is everything when it comes to training…right?

Every rotation of joints, protraction and retraction of limbs influences fluency and maximises functionality and reduces injury.
We look at foot balance with detail and work with biomechanics specialists to make sure we are teaching optimal performance.
Everything you add from the floor up has its value but what about the surface?
A consistent stable yet absorbing surface is everything that reverberates through to your horse and your pattern of movement, so how can we make sure we are offering the best we can?

👌 Avoid disturbing your arena base with tractors.

👌Removing banking avoiding collateral ligament damage.

👌Move around when lunging and never lunge in a deep surface.

👌Repair membrane to avoid tripping and large stones causing bruising.

👌Regularly maintain your arena to avoid puddles and freezing which disturbs the subsurface.
