Join us every Sunday morning and Tuesday evening for an energizing, fun, and challenging workout under the sun!
We use weights, bands, ropes, and fitness games — all fitness levels are welcome.
I'll be keeping a close eye on you no matter your level to make sure you're safe, challenged, and having fun!
You'll become stronger, more confident, and meet like-minded people who share your goals.
° Location: Woodford Green - High Rd, Woodford, Woodford Green IG8 9LA- next to the cricket field, opposite Woodford Green High School for Girls.
