A whole-system approach to postnatal recovery, combining gentle–moderate movement, nervous-system soothing breathwork and deep relaxation.

✨❤️ A little self love pop up - Adding Reformer Stretch to Saturday’s schedule at 11.30am on the 14th Feb. No experience necessary - bring yourself, your partner or your friends to move, breathe & unwind. You’ll work on your reformer, flowing through a slow, feel-good stretch sequence, focused on mobility, gentle release & restoring tired muscles.
