Women's BJJ taught by a female purple belt - whether you've got MMA aspirations or are just looking to get fit this is a great opportunity.

Learn something new this May! Our women-only BJJ intro course is open to all women and girls aged 14+.

Classes are taught by female Purple Belt Shahena Khanom. She'll be covering the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including techniques applicable to both self defence and the sport.

No experience is required, and you don't need a gi. Normal sportswear is fine for your first few classes. Just bring yourself and have fun learning new skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Due to repairs to a manhole on the road outside, the car park will be inaccessible all of Thursday 22nd and on Friday morning.

We are still open and classes will be running as normal!

The closest underground station is Wood Green, which is less than 10 minutes away.
