6 week rehab course
We’re 3 weeks into our 6 week basics course. While we run the Mums rehab fitness classes for any level of post natal, some mums feel too broken and their bodies are too unstable to do even our mums class.
So this course runs for 6 weeks, twice a week and we spend more time on the basics.
- Foam rolling out tense legs, arms and mid back muscles. - Massage balling, forearms, shoulders, lower backs and hips.
- Learning proper breathing mechanics after pregnancy.
- Activating each later of the core
- Strengthening the back, pelvis and hips
- Towards the second half of the course, we’ll start introducing basic movements again, so they start going to the regular Mums rehab fitness classes when the course is over
🤔Do you know a mum that needs this course?
They can be 6 weeks post natal plus (we have a mum who’s youngest is 5years! Once post natal, always post natal if you don’t rehab 😬)
