CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 😲

Really proud of this one I’m sure those who’ve seen my stories have seen we’ve been training as soon as the gyms were back open this is 9 Months
progress for James he came to me when we first opened and decided he wanted to change his physique so we got to work and dropped his body fat % for the first few months…

After that it was time to build some muscle and shape up, during this process James has gained confidence, energy and the skills to go on and train alone in the gym but we still put in the work to maintain 💪🏾

OUR NEW FITNESS MANAGEMENT DUO!🔥💚
We want to congratulate Amani and Shannon on their January promotions in club!
Shannon will be starting as Fitness Manager with immediate effect and looking after the class timetable! Any feedback to the timetable and anything fitness related now goes through Shannon!💪🏼💚
Amani will be starting as Lead Personal trainer with immediate effect! He will be looking to grow the fitness and service product we offer and continue to upskill the fitness product! 💪🏼💚
They will both be bringing you some exciting new content to social media including workouts, tips & tricks and how to’s in the gym!
