Fosun need to stop pretending they are the saviours of this football club. You are not the club. You are custodians who have failed, and the time has come for you to step aside.

For years we’ve watched ambition drain away, communication disappear, and standards collapse. Promises were made, then quietly abandoned. Decisions have been driven by balance sheets instead of belief, short-term caution instead of long-term vision. The result is a club drifting, disconnected from its supporters and stripped of its identity.

This club existed long before Fosun arrived, and it will exist long after you are gone. What won’t survive is continued stagnation under ownership that no longer listens, no longer invests properly, and no longer shows any understanding of what this club means to its fans.

If you truly care about the future of this football club, there is one clear and responsible course of action: let it go. Find owners with ambition, transparency, and respect for the supporters who live and breathe this club every single day.

You don’t “own” our loyalty. You don’t own our history. And you don’t get to hold the club hostage while everything around it deteriorates.

After months of protests from Wolves fans, Jeff Shi has stepped away from his operational duties at the club.

He will be replaced by Nathan Shi, who is of no relation, for an interim period.
