Your main focus when training shouldn’t be based around your weight loss/fat loss goal
Your focus on training should be to help you improve yourself! whether that’s strength, cardio fitness, endurance, flexibility, mobility, mental health, etc
Any form of exercise (walking, sports, gym workouts, etc) can be a great tool to help you burn some extra calories, which will especially help those with weight loss/day loss goals, but that should be why you train
If you have a weight loss/fat loss goal, consider all aspects - general activity levels through steps, calories you consume, stress levels, how much sleep you get, how much water you drink - these are all aspects that, if done right, will help you achieve your goals…WITHOUT HAVING TO TRAIN
Training is then the added piece of the puzzle that allows you to become BETTER!!!
