Looking to start or continue your Pilates journey but don’t want to come alone? Team up with friends or family for a circuit-style session (3–4 people)! 🤎

This session used the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel, with:

• Rounds 1 & 2: Building strength and control, introducing new moves in round two.

• Round 3: Flowing into stretching and mobility to finish feeling strong yet fluid.

All moves are guided with hands-on cueing and options throughout, while enjoying your favourite playlist…here it was Sabrina Carpenter 🎵
