Hi I'm Charlene from Fit Little Biscuit - I operate several fitness sessions every week at Pyrford Cricket Club
Anybody in good enough physical health (you don’t have to be fit ☺️) is welcome to join. We are mostly a community of fabulous 40 & 50 year old women, but teens and husbands are part of the FitLittleBiscuit fam too.
All sessions vary in content and we mix up the kit we use to keep things fresh- Monday (strength & conditioning), Tuesday (low impact - weights), Thursday (strength & conditioning) Saturday
(circuit class) at 9:15am On a Tuesday there is a 6:30pm session (repeat of the 9:15am weights).
