Come and train with us Fit Little Biscuit. Each week I coach 4 outdoor classes at Pyrford Cricket Ground, including a Tuesday evening and Saturday morning and 2 indoor classes at Botanical Place- one especially for the Over 65’s. There is something for everyone. All classes are fun and inclusive and the best part is they are pay as you go so you can dip in and out when life gets busy 😎☀️

NEW OVER 65’s STRENGTH CLASSES in Botanical Place, West Byfleet starting on Thursday 5th March. 2 new classes - 9am and 10:15am. Both classes open to all. The 9am replaces Thriving Thursday and the 10:15 is geared towards older clients looking to get stronger, reduce your aches and pains and stay mobile. Hi I'm Charlene from Fit Little Biscuit - I operate several fitness sessions every week at Pyrford Cricket Club

Anybody in good enough physical health (you don’t have to be fit ☺️) is welcome to join. We are mostly a community of fabulous 40 & 50 year old women, but teens and husbands are part of the FitLittleBiscuit fam too.

All sessions vary in content and we mix up the kit we use to keep things fresh- Monday (strength & conditioning), Tuesday (low impact - weights), Thursday (strength & conditioning) Saturday
(circuit class) at 9:15am On a Tuesday there is a 6:30pm session (repeat of the 9:15am weights).
