Coach Jeanette working on some spine mobility and backbend 🥢

Backbending is a basic movement that people have been taught to be afraid of. Backbending requires spinal mobility, a good anchored base at the glutes, and anterior tissues that can effectively decelerate the movement and pull you back out of the end posture. The backbend stretches the quads, hip flexors, anterior core, rib cage, and neck flexors. It also strengthens the glutes and back.

If you want the potential to generate high levels of swing speed and hit the ball far then you need enough upper body mobility to allow you to generate a sufficient turn🏌️‍♂️🚀⁣

No sticks or discs? Try using your driver with a tea towel on the kitchen floor👌⁣
