Took part in the Perform and Farm Fit sessions at CountryFit Oxfordshire this morning and absolutely loved it! Going to your typical gym isn't for everyone which is why I love sessions like these and reminds me of why I got so hooked on boxing and do what I do! Great way to work out whilst feeling like you're just out having some fun!

2025 is a year I'm VERY excited about, filled with opportunity, growth, and being able to do more of what I LOVE!- Introducing more people to boxing, seeing you all develop, and hitting your targets!

Sessions in the gym will start again on the 7th and I can't wait to see you all- new and old- step into the gym and giving it your all

Breaks over and Lewis is straight back to work focusing on defence work!

Session started off using the Over Under bag to focus on movement and keeping off the 'centre line', as well as shaking off the Christmas Rust
Followed by a few rounds on the heavy bags, putting on pressure and 'relaxing' in between.

Then the main part of the session- defencive sparring- blocking, parrying, slipping and rolling shots!
