It’s been an emotional evening😢!

Thank you so much to all of my amazing Circuit Training regulars for your beautiful farewell gifts. I will miss you all massively😢.x

You have not only supported me by attending my classes regularly for over 5 years, (some of you 23 years), but you have given me strength personally through some tough periods in my life, and become like family to me❤️.

You all know the reason why i have to give up teaching at this time, and I’m sad to have to finish, but needs must, and who knows what the future will bring?

Stay fit, stay healthy, and I will never forget the brilliant laughs, fun and sanity that you’ve all given me over the JJ Fitness years😇.

I love you all, and will stay in touch😘❤️

I’d like to wish all my Circuit Training regulars, GOOD LUCK for today’s London Marathon.

You’ll all smash it, no problem😇🙏🤞. I’ll be thinking of you all pounding the roads after all your intense training.x

Tough circuit tonight for all my regulars.....14 days to Easter!!!
You all cracked it, and worked soooo hard . Well done you fitsters!! Love you all, and am so proud of you all.x😇😘

Thank you to all my JJ Fitness regulars for making our social event last night, such a great evening.

The food was delicious.
The service was excellent.
The games talent was 'varied'.
The winning team, 'team 4' was exceptional!! Followed closely by the very competitive 'Team 3'.
The organiser was the best😇!!

Great evening, thank you all for attending, and for your continued support of JJ Fitness. I love you all 😘.

Last nights social event. What a brilliant night!!

The food was great.

The company was amazing.
The talent was 'mixed'😂.
The winning team..... Team 4...... Was first class!

Hi JJ Fitness regulars,

I’ve organised a bit of a social for us (and other half’s)next Friday 15th Feb 2019 at the Elmtree Pub, West End, Witney.
I thought we could maybe eat at 7pm(optional) then have a few rounds of darts, pool and Jenga for a couple of hours??
