Cooking night tonight !
Got 4 locally caught crabs from the guys at compound along with a haddock caught by ben a couple of days ago π£!
Filleted the haddock and had my first go at skinning a fillet! Safe to say it went well π
Sarah used this and a couple of other fillets to make an amazing fish pie for tea π₯§
Ben dressed the crabs as always π¦ then grated a red apple into a bowl to mix some white and brown crab meat into ππ¦!
We then spread it onto thin slices of tiger bread rolls to make a light, tapas style appetiser π
The result speak for themselves π!
Had to put a photo of the stew and cheesecake sarahs making for tomorrow as it smells and looks unbelievable π!
