Cooking night tonight !
Got 4 locally caught crabs from the guys at compound along with a haddock caught by ben a couple of days ago 🎣!

Filleted the haddock and had my first go at skinning a fillet! Safe to say it went well 👌

Sarah used this and a couple of other fillets to make an amazing fish pie for tea 🥧

Ben dressed the crabs as always 🦀 then grated a red apple into a bowl to mix some white and brown crab meat into 🍎🦀!

We then spread it onto thin slices of tiger bread rolls to make a light, tapas style appetiser 😁

The result speak for themselves 😋!

Had to put a photo of the stew and cheesecake sarahs making for tomorrow as it smells and looks unbelievable 😁!

Gear all sorted ready for beach season 👌 hopefully get one more boat session in before seasons over!

Looking forward to the last boat match of the season for a chance to win the burdell cup 🏆!

We’re a team memeber down due to Will having boring things to do like ‘working for fire brigade that day’ but we’ll let him off 😆!

We plan on using our usual tactic of poaching bin’ed’s boat to all the wrecks and pretending we knew where we was going 😂!

Hopefully we get slightly better results then last match, but regardless, even if we catch nothing its always a good day out there 😁

P.s anyone fishing the match and need some maceral we have about 10 spare in freezer, if you want a couple feel free to pop and grab some.
