What a weekend at the WKA International Open!

Hosted under the banner of the World Kickboxing Association, this year’s event was nothing short of incredible.

We welcomed 650 competitors competing across 8 areas and 2 boxing rings. The energy never stopped, with an amazing 820 bouts on the mats and 100 bouts in the rings throughout the day.

A huge thank you to all the officials who worked tirelessly from 11:00am to 8:30pm to ensure everything ran smoothly — your dedication and professionalism made the event a success.

Well done to every competitor who stepped up, to the coaches who prepared their athletes, and to the parents and supporters for your continued commitment and encouragement.

What a fantastic showcase of talent, spirit, and teamwork. 👏

👊Scottish Open Championships👊

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our first event of 2026 at the Caledonia Gladiators Arena this Saturday!

Weigh ins:
We have nearly 650 competitors registered, so it’s going to be an extremely busy day. To help everything run smoothly, please attend weigh‑ins on Friday evening at the venue between 5:30pm and 7:00pm if you can.
If you’re unable to make the Friday session, weigh‑ins will also be available on Saturday from 9:00am to 10:00am.
Please ensure you arrive on time, as we cannot accommodate late weigh‑ins.

Spectator Entry Information:
To help keep queues moving smoothly, all spectators must have their tickets ready on their phone (or on paper if preferred) and available to be scanned at the door. This will greatly help with traffic flow and reduce congestion.
