You know that feeling when you walk out of the gym, on top of the world, full of energy and a sense of accomplishment. Thats the feeling Adam Lamb Coaching & Personal Training is trying to give these children and their families at a time when they need it most. 🙌🏻💪🏼🏋️‍♂️

🌟 Meet Adam! 🌟

Adam is a personal trainer based in Winsford who has recently teamed up with The Joshua Tree. His mission? To enhance the lives of children affected by childhood cancers through fun and engaging physical activity sessions.

Physical activity is crucial for a healthy lifestyle, especially for children undergoing cancer treatment. Through his tailored sessions at our support centre, Adam aims to:

💪 Boost physical health: Improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
😊 Enhance mental well-being: Build confidence, joy, and a sense of accomplishment.
🤝 Create a supportive community: Offer a space for children to connect and have fun.

Adam's support has been fantastic, but he’s noticed a need for more fitness equipment. He's set a goal to raise funds for essential gear to make the sessions even better!
