National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)

Want a career in the leisure industry? Our NPLQ course, accredited by the Royal Life Saving Society, is the UK and Ireland's most widely held lifeguard qualification and a genuine first step into roles from pool lifeguard to centre management.

Over 5 days you'll cover pool rescue techniques, lifeguarding theory, and first aid & CPR, finishing with a full assessment. Once qualified, your NPLQ is valid for 2 years.

🏑Hockey starts back on Monday🏑

Hockey training for all ages and abilities starts back on Monday 7th Sept on the Astro pitch at Live Active Blairgowrie.
6pm: Primary aged children & S1 & S2’s
7pm: S3 upwards & adults
The ladies team trains at 7pm so if you would like to join the team please come along. If you would like to just come along to do hockey for fitness you are very welcome to join as well.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable volunteer to support Becky, our Boccia player at Perth Eagles, as her Ramp Operator 💪

You’ll play an important role in helping Becky position and operate her Boccia ramp, enabling her to take part in the game, make her own decisions and compete as independently as possible.

No previous experience is needed — full training and support will be provided.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to get involved in an inclusive sport, meet new people, have fun and make a meaningful difference to Becky’s experience.
