Do you find yourself empty at the end of the day?

All that’s left is the warm glow of the inside of the fridge in your darkened kitchen after everyone’s gone to bed.

You are not alone….

I see you because once I was you.

If you’re ready to finally end the battle with food, and the overeating and end food noise for good drop me a DM and let’s have a chat.

You don’t need to hit rock bottom to be struggling.

Most people I speak to aren’t bingeing all day.

They’re just stuck in a pattern they can’t break.

Picking.

Snacking.

Thinking about food constantly.

Starting the day with good intentions.

Losing it by lunch.

Then spending the rest of the day trying to get back in control.

It doesn’t look dramatic.

But it’s exhausting.

Because it’s constant.

And the frustrating part?

You know what to do.

You’ve tried:

Eating “clean”
Cutting things out
Starting again every Monday

But nothing sticks.

So you start questioning yourself.

“Why can’t I just get a grip?”

It’s not a lack of discipline.

It’s a pattern.

And until you understand the pattern, you stay stuck in it.

This is what we work on.

Not rules.

Not restriction.

But what’s actually driving the behaviour...

If this feels familiar, message me.

Let’s talk.

In January, things started to unravel in my life.

But February broke me.

Not in a dramatic way.

In a quiet one.

The kind where you sit there and question everything.

My business collapsed.

Income dropped.

Pressure built.

And I found myself in a place I haven’t been in for a long time.

Doubt.

Real doubt.

Not about tactics.
Not about strategy.

About me.

I started asking questions I haven’t asked in years.

Am I actually good enough to do this?

Can I really help people?

Who am I to coach anyone when my own world feels like it’s falling apart?

I’ve spent the last month stepping back.

Not posting.
Not pushing.
Not pretending everything is fine.

Just trying to get my head straight.

Getting support.

Dealing with depression.

Sitting with it instead of running from it.

And here’s what I’ve realised.

This is the work.

Not the polished posts.
Not the perfect routines.
Not the highlight reel.

This.

The messy bit.

The bit where everything feels uncertain.

The bit where you want to run and hide.

Because this is exactly where my clients live.

Not in control.
Not feeling strong.
Not feeling clear.

Just trying to get through the day without turning to food.

So no.

I’m not showing up as someone who has it all figured out.

I’m showing up as someone who understands what it feels like when things fall apart.

And how easy it is to lose yourself when they do.

I know how to build things.

I’ve done that before.

What I’m building now is different.

This time I’m showing up as I am, not how I think I should be.
This time I’m not chasing, I’m building.
This time it’s built from experience, not pressure.

If you’re in a place where things feel messy right now.

Where you’ve lost control with food again.

Where you’re questioning yourself.

You’re not broken.

You’re in it.

And if you’re ready to start working through that properly.

Message me via WhatsApp or DM

Let’s talk.

24/02/2026

What if I told you the reason you can’t stop eating at night has nothing to do with willpower…

and everything to do with what’s happening earlier in the day?
My DM's and Emails are full of women telling me the same thing…

“I have no discipline.”
“I’m fine all day, then I lose control at night.”
“I feel broken around food once the house is quiet.”

Yet these same women are wildly capable and successful.

They run big careers.

They manage families.

They show up for everyone else with zero hesitation..

And that’s how I know this isn’t a willpower problem.

Because if it were, they’d be failing everywhere.

Not just in the kitchen cupboards after the kids go to bed and the house is quiet.

Here’s the truth is you cannot out-willpower your own psychology.

Most nighttime overeating is the predictable result of a few key mistakes happening during the day.

Mistakes that literally programme your brain for cravings, food noise, and “screw it” eating at night.

Want the good news?

When you fix the daytime patterns, the nighttime chaos stops on its own.

So I recorded a masterclass "Ending the Nighttime Food Fight"

In it, I explain:

Why evenings undo your best intentions
Why being “good” all day makes nights harder
Why insight alone hasn’t fixed this yet
And what actually has to change underneath the behaviour
This isn’t about another diet.

It’s not about cutting sugar.

And it’s not about trying harder.

It's National Love Your Pet Day so I want to give a big shout out to all of your furry friends who have supported you 💖

I know that my dogs have been integral to my recovery, and probably yours too, so it's the perfect day to give them a cuddle, a pat or their favourite snack, to say thank you in their language!

Have you ever told yourself…

“I’ll feel better when I lose the weight.”
“I’ll finally relax when I stop bingeing.”
“I’ll be proud of myself when I get back in control.”

And then you do it.

You have a “good” week.
You don’t binge for a few days.
You follow the plan.
You hit the target.

And instead of feeling free… you feel flat.

Numb.
On edge.

Already worried about messing it up.

From the outside, it looks like progress.

You’re the one who holds it together.

Career sorted.
Family sorted.

You show up for everyone.

People think you’re disciplined.

Strong.
High functioning.

But inside?

You wake up tired.
You spend half your day thinking about food.
You promise yourself, “Today will be different.”

And by lunchtime you feel like you’ve lost control again.

I’ve lived that cycle.
I was over 37 stone.

I chased weight loss like it was the answer to everything.

Every new plan felt like hope.
Every small win felt like proof I could finally fix myself.

But the feeling never lasted.

Because it was never about food.

It was about safety.

Stress.

Old wounds.

A nervous system that never felt calm.

You don’t binge because you’re weak.

You binge because your body is trying to cope.

And here’s the truth most programmes never tell you.

If you only chase the outcome, no binges, perfect eating, total control, you will always feel one step away from failure.

You will live between milestones.

Waiting to feel good enough.
Waiting to feel “sorted.”

Inside BREAKFREE, we change what success means.

Success is not a perfect week.

It’s:

• Sitting with an urge for 2 minutes instead of reacting instantly
• Noticing the voice that says “you’ve blown it” and choosing not to believe it
• Eating a trigger food without spiralling
• Going to bed without planning a new diet for Monday

That is success.

Because that is rewiring your brain.

When you regulate your nervous system…

When you understand your triggers…

When you stop using shame as fuel…

You stop chasing the next “fix.”

You start building a life you can actually live in.

A life where:
• Food is neutral
• Evenings are calm
• You don’t dread social events
• You trust yourself again

The real question isn’t:

“How do I finally lose weight and keep it off?”

It’s:

“How do I build a relationship with food and myself that feels steady?”

That’s the work we do inside BREAKFREE.

Not quick wins.

Not another set of rules.

Real change.

If you’re tired of chasing the next result and still feeling empty when you get there…

Apply for a space inside BREAKFREE.

Let’s build something that actually lasts.

I saw this reel by and thought the message was so powerful especially to this group of kids.

We had literally been discussing this very issue inside my private WhatsApp group the day before about the fact that in life the people who are being negative and making nasty comments are the ones that have the problem!

Don’t allow yourself to be pulled down by the negativity

Also if you ever find yourself being negative about other people you must check in with yourself!
