Hey everyone! Due to popular demand, we will now be opening up a third Ladies Kickboxing class and a third Muay Thai class!🔥

If these times suit you better than any current classes, please contact [email protected] and we can swap you on the registers. Please DO NOT just attend these classes without telling a member of the team first as we don't want problems with over booking. You are more than welcome to come just as a one off, but please let the team know.

We're very happy to be opening up more classes for you to choose from as well as giving you more options for catch-up lessons.

These classes will be opening from THURSDAY THE 1ST OF OCTOBER, so please don't arrive for class before then😂

To confirm the new classes:

Ladies Kickboxing
- Mondays at 19:00
- Thursdays at 19:00
- Fridays at 19:45

Muay Thai
- Tuesdays at 18:35
- Wednesdays at 18:35
- Fridays at 18:35
