We’re delighted to welcome Brett Pitman as our new Wimborne Town Academy Head Coach, alongside Callum Brooks as Assistant Academy Head Coach.

Brett enjoyed an outstanding playing career, making over 500 Football League appearances and scoring more than 180 league goals. He has also coached within AFC Bournemouth’s academy, giving him valuable experience of developing young players in a professional environment.

Callum has built an impressive coaching and management career within non-league football, managing at Step 5 and Step 6 and working within the National League South. He also has previous academy coaching experience with AFC Bournemouth.

Together, they add a huge amount of experience, knowledge and leadership to our academy programme, and we’re excited for the season ahead.

On Tuesday, Tom Thorne, Angel Younger and Beau Jenkins all featured in an 8-0 win at Verwood.

On Saturday, Kester Wilson, Beau Jenkins and Angel Younger featured against National League South side Salisbury!

Good Luck to 1st Year Beau who begins his U18 Academy Trial with AFC Bournemouth this week!⚽️

Beau has progressed through our youth teams and Development Centre.

At just 16 years old Beau has also been a regular player for Christchurch this season earning himself a call up to the WTFC 1st team.

Another fantastic example of our pathway at WTFC!
