It is with deep regret that I need to announce we will not be holding an Tir na nOg event this summer as planned. Unfortunately we have not had enough interest in order to cover the overheads required to put an event on, or volunteers come forward to help crew. We realize this may be quite upsetting for any children who had hopes set on an event this year so will be carefully considering our options for the future. Please do not hesitate to PM us if you would like to be involved in the future.

Hi everyone who attended Tir na nOg, Event 3, The Rats Lords Revenge. Wow, what a weekend, i'm totally exhausted as i'm sure everyone else is. I would like to kick off with a big thanks to all the crew who attended. It really could not have happened without you.
Secondly I would like to give thanks to all the guardians who did a stellar job in supporting their children to have a great time, play by the rules and engage to their full potential. The standard of roleplay from the children was as always full of amazing levels of energy and they are all a credit to you.
On top of that a big thank you to everyone for giving the site the respect it deserved. I can honestly say we left it as we found it and in particular thanks to those who stayed to clean up the kitchen and so on before leaving.

I really must give a massive thank you to Jon Bevan-French for coming onboard as a photographer at the last second and eagerly anticipate seeing what he has produced.

A particular thank you must go to Ashley (Warmth Find), Adam (Cat Wounder), Nemo (Una), Dan and Andy (Svilli and Killi) who gave the NPC roles their all and were excellent linchpins to keep the kids locked on target.
In addition a double thank you goes to big Adam not only for playing our "plot boss" the Rat Lord but also for coordinating the logistical task of getting all the crew kit too and from the site in good order! In addition thank you to Bonnie who unfortunately could not make it this weekend for unforeseen reasons, but she did do quite a lot to make sure we had the best crew kit and a lot of the props, hopefully she will be able to join us next time.

So off to plan for next year....maybe after a short break! 😉

Dear all, Lynn and I (Pod)here. Unfortunately it will not be possible for Lynn and I to be involved in running a Tir Na Nog event next year. To that end we will be leaving all the groups for the moment and handing over to other people for now. Thanks for all the support so far. hope to see you all at some point.
