Come and support our wonderful PT Josh on his 5th event in his challenge to raise money for Huntington’s disease. On the 27th April (next Monday) he will be completing a 12 hour indoor cycle here at Fitness Space Wimbledon, and we need to show us our support!

"Acknowledge the fear, and do it anyway" - Emma Lovewell

For some people, fear manifests in rational phobias - some are scared of heights, or spiders. Instinct tells us these things are dangerous, and so the body takes over.

For others, fear may be something as trivial as stepping into a gym, fear of being judged, fear of failing that first rep, fear of change...

Just because the former is deadly, doesn't make the latter any less terrifying for people.

But at Fitness Space, we do whatever we can to remove the obstacle of fear. We'll take you by the proverbial hand and walk you across the threshold. We'll provide a safe space, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly community. We'll challenge you to push a little harder, whilst providing the safety-net of trained Personal Trainers who have your back, no matter what happens. We'll guide you every step of your fitness journey if we have to no matter your age, or ability. Or level of fear.

So all you have to do is acknowledge that fear, and do it anyway.

You don't have to be the greatest heavyweight champion of all time to live your life with purpose. In fact, you don't even need to achieve anything great.

Instead, walk into each day having made the decision to make it matter. To do one thing to better yourself today. Read another page of your book. Hold the door open for a stranger. Or spend 1 more minute on the treadmill

That's what we're here for at Fitness Space. We are dedicated to helping you make every day count. To push yourself harder. To become the best version of you.

NEW CLASS TIMETABLE HAS DROPPED!!

Our new class timetable kicks in from the 16th February, redesigned with our members in mind. You spoke, we listened, and thus, our new classes were born.

There's more Reformer Pilates than ever before. Now there's more chance to get booked into our cosy, 6-person classes - meaning our instructors have more 1-2-1 time to correct your form and ensure you get the best workout!

We've amped up with cardio with new High Intensity Interval Training, as well as all your favourites, such as Metcon and Sweatbox.

Push your power with Bar Strong and Strength.
Ignite a full body workout with Circuits and Kettlebells. Develop your core with Barre and Pilates, and find your breath with Vinyasa Yoga.

Hi! I’m Sarah,
I’ve previously had 3 years of professional dance and musical theatre training, which unfortunately to this day can be a very toxic place for body image and general wellness, however this motivated me toward my own health, fitness and wellness journey not only for personal growth but to inspire others who have had similar experiences. This journey has taught me how to fuel my body the right way to become a stronger and healthier version of myself, which is what I strive to help and encourage others in their own fitness journeys.
I love to incorporate dance and mobility movements into my workouts as it’s such a freeing and creative way to exercise.

I can’t wait to grow within fitness space and kick start my fitness career in this safe community.

Exciting news!! We’re introducing a new female focused class called Fearless🔥

Run by herself, this class is going to be female focused, HIIT styled and programmed over four weeks where you will be pushed to build strength, power and endurance.

Schedule:
Week 1 - Legs and glutes
Week 2 - Upper body
Week 3 - Core
Week 4 - Full body

Note - The first class on Monday 22nd will be at 6:15am lasting 30 minutes and then from Monday 29th all Fearless classes will start at 6:30am lasting 45 minutes.
