For some people, fear manifests in rational phobias - some are scared of heights, or spiders. Instinct tells us these things are dangerous, and so the body takes over.
For others, fear may be something as trivial as stepping into a gym, fear of being judged, fear of failing that first rep, fear of change...
Just because the former is deadly, doesn't make the latter any less terrifying for people.
But at Fitness Space, we do whatever we can to remove the obstacle of fear. We'll take you by the proverbial hand and walk you across the threshold. We'll provide a safe space, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly community. We'll challenge you to push a little harder, whilst providing the safety-net of trained Personal Trainers who have your back, no matter what happens. We'll guide you every step of your fitness journey if we have to no matter your age, or ability. Or level of fear.
So all you have to do is acknowledge that fear, and do it anyway.
