and your busy schedule, no more being told you need to go to the gym 5 times per week for an hour each time. Just 3 x 20 minutes from the comfort of your home or the gym is all you need to achieve amazing results. The 8WL community is built up from people all ages and backgrounds with the common goal to look and feel better while improving their quality of life.
