✨Client Progress✨

Celebrating the INCREDIBLE progress one of my clients has made! 🙌🏼 Physical AND mental changes. Her confidence has grown and she is hitting new PBs left right and centre! 👏🏼

I also do my online coaching with her to ensure that she has the support she needs away from our PT sessions- and quite clearly she is smashing it!! 💪🏼

I’m currently on a 3 week mini cut before I go back into a growing phase and I am soooo excited to push myself out of my comfort zone and build some muscle soon 💪🏼

✨Remember you are HUMAN✨

I think it’s quite easy nowadays, especially with social media, to create this ideal picture of what we “should” look like and be like.

Sometimes you just need to take a step back for a second and remember that YOU ARE HUMAN! 👏🏼

You won’t be able to juggle work, social life, fitness and nutrition perfectly all the time.

You won’t look fantastic from every angle.

You won’t always have perfect skin.

You will feel bloated, tired, stressed, overwhelmed and feel like you haven’t got your life together.

And you aren’t SUPPOSED to be perfect!

The next time you start criticising yourself, remember that every single person is human🙌🏼

They fart, they get spots, they have rolls when they bend over, and they have bad days too.

The moment you start accepting yourself for exactly who you are, the happier you will be ✨

✨Investing in yourself✨

Yesterday I went to the PT business mentorship day at and I can genuinely say it was one of the best things I have done.

I was really on the edge of buying a ticket as they were decently expensive for a day event but I am SO glad I did🙌🏼

I am so glad I decided to invest in myself and my learning and I truly believe every single person should be constantly looking at how they can learn, become better and work towards their goals whatever they may! 💪🏼

We spend money constantly on material items and sometimes find it hard to spend that money on our learning. But in 50 years time, the investment you made in yourself will still be there ✌🏼

So what is something you have always wanted to do? What is holding you back from your goals?

Start investing in YOURSELF and I can PROMISE you that it will be worth it 🥰

✨Changing goals✨

I had a little reevaluate of my fitness goals this week with my coach and have decided to have a little break from my cut.

Moving house, friends birthdays, family visiting and trying to balance work just meant that I wasn’t able to put my focus into the gym and THAT IS OKAY!!!

Training and eating well will always be a constant in my life because I love it and it makes me feel good however it will not always be my sole focus!

Finding that balance is so important and it doesn’t mean you’re failing or not worthy. It simply means that you’re human 🥰

I still plan on training hard and working on progressing my lifts but have just decided to keep my calories at maintenance for a few weeks 💪🏼

As I said to one of my clients this week, when you’re 90 you’ll remember the good times you had with your friends and family rather than how many times you went to the gym in August 2021 ✌🏼

✨Relying on will power✨

“I just need to have more self control”

I think it’s safe to say that a lot of us have told ourselves that phrase when it comes to your diet or your workouts.

But sometimes it’s not all about self control or will power!

If anything, we rely too heavily on will power. It leads us to become mentally fatigued and then feel we are a failure when we eat something “unhealthy” or miss a workout.

Here are a few tips to help you create NEW habits that will help build a healthier lifestyle rather than constantly fighting your old lifestyle:

✨change the way you think about food!! Stop seeing it as “all or nothing” and start seeing all food equally! 🙌🏼

✨ adjust your environment to make it easier to make make better food decisions

✨find a form of exercise you ENJOY so it becomes something you look forward to rather than being something you HAVE to do

✨ try cooking some new, nutritious meals that you enjoy so you are excited to eat them!

It’s all about what you can add to your life rather than what you need to take away 💖
