but our style of play is apparently a bit old fashioned 😌

Turns out we may have unknowingly been following these rules all along 🫖

Handkerchiefs already at the ready, naturally 🤍 Warm‑ups double as a group health check, which feels entirely appropriate. We remain incredibly gentle (with a few well‑known exceptions 😇), and any incidental chaos is always handled with the utmost politeness. Curtsying under pressure will now be added to training, fatigue is not something we recognise 💅, and post‑match tea is clearly the real competition ☕

Only outstanding question… are we committing to Sundays? 🫖

🏐 We’re Back! 🏐

Hi everyone! We know it’s been a little quiet on here lately – and after a week off for half term (plus surviving that surprise Melksham hailstorm! 🌨️😅), we’re more than ready to get back on court tonight!

📍 Where: Melksham Oak School (outside)
⏰ When: 7pm

It’s amazing to see how many of you have said you’re coming along – we can’t wait to see all of you! 💙

No worries though — we were in safe hands under the watchful eye of our new trainee umpire, Beata! 🏐
She might not have known all the calls yet, but she was 100% decisive about when we had breaks and water 😂

Welcome back Kelly 👏 now known as Ms “1 in 10”. We’re pretty sure she’s been secretly practicing her shooting away from us. Only to come back and sweep the Lady of the Night trophy. Well done!

We were short of players, but not short of great humour, beautiful sunshine, and good vibes 🌞

Another cracking night of social netball, this time in Derry Hill ✅

Thanks everyone! Even with our Melksham court cancelled and a road closure to work around, we still made it happen 👏

As we head into May, we’re thinking of Sara and the huge part she played in our netball community. This month would have been her birthday, and it feels fitting to shine a little light on a cause that means so much to our netball family.

If you’re able to support, share, or simply spare a thought, it all helps keep her memory shining bright🌻💛

We play for fun, for friendship, and sometimes for the people who can’t be on court with us anymore.
