🌊Yoga and Watersports Retreat 🧘‍♀️

Every morning will start with an ocean view yoga session before breakfast.

You will then have the option to either kitesurf, windsurf, surf/sup, sailing and kayaking. In the week, there will also be two trips to secret spots for foiling and lunch.

Day in the life 🌞

Morning: Yoga, Breakfast, Make a Game Plan, Morning Activities.

Afternoon: Lunch, Afternoon Activities, Yin Yoga.

Evening: Chill, Drinks on the Balcony, Dinner.

Viking Foils is a foil dedicated school and shop based at Stithians lake Cornwall.

A NEW DAWN 🌅

Duration: 1 week - 6 weeks

Where: Boa Vista, Cape Verde, Africa

Cape Verde or Cabo Verde, officially the Republic of Cabo Verde, is an archipelago and island country in the central Atlantic Ocean, consisting of ten volcanic islands.

We will be based next to the beach at the edge of the local town Sal Rei.

The penthouse is a beautiful four bedroom three bathroom villa with a huge terrace for yoga.

All facilities are provided and free to use; kitchen, wifi, towels and hot tub!

Embark on an exciting Foil and Yoga holiday in Cape Verde! Wing Foiling 🔥

You will join a small group (no more than 4 students) for a 2 hour session that focuses on this transition. You will learn how to glide on the water with the wing and the foil!

Stithians lake is the perfect place to learn to foil with flat water meaning there are no under water disturbances such as waves.

Wing Surfing 🔥

You will join a small group (no more than 4 students) for a 2 hour session that covers the basics. You will practice how to use the wing on land and then move on to the water, where you will ride a SUP board and feel the wind power in your wing.
