No one saw this coming... back home in England🇬🇧 for December. Sad to say I won't be racing Trimester 1, after Flu 🤧and a nasty car crash🚗some good R&R is needed at home. Luckily only came away from the crash with a fractured nose 👃and a concussion... 🧠
Good luck to all racing and can't wait for Trimester 2... Training starts again soon 🏁

Made it to the USA, quickest covid recovery seen by mankind 😎😂
Also meet the new member of the team: Freddy ⛄️
Went to a thrift shop inspired by and bought a huge flag, sadly none of Grandads clothes 🤷‍♂️. Nice ice-creams as well with the team! First Race on the 24th, lets see how it goes 🤞🇬🇧.

A beautiful morning in Oberhof. Back on a running track with Sprints and Plyometric work. 🏃‍♂️💨
Hopefully the weather can stay like this for a bit🤞. First time we have seen the sky since we have arrived! The fog and rain can stay away.

Race was fun and lovely to see the sun last weekend. Now in oberhof where it is far colder 🥶☃️. Snow-Tunnel training commences. Sights set on the season 💪🇬🇧

Hard couple of days racing followed by the end of School Ball. Now out in Zermatt training in the altitude🏔. Rupholding next week with . Nice to have some home time with the fam❤.

Sadly will announce i wont be the next and I wont be qualifing to Paris 2024 Mountain Biking.
Finishing up our camp in Wales with a mountain bike session is highly amusing. Looking forward to the Summer Rollerski WorldChampionships in August, will keep you posted!
