MORE GOOD NEWS, I am available for ad-hoc form coaching sessions or chats to discuss your current training plan or running.

BUT THE BEST NEWS, is that I have a Facebook club specifically for runners who want the ongoing support of a coach without the restriction of having a training plan written for them!

The idea is to provide support and guidance to improve your running, increase your enjoyment and build your knowledge, whilst leaving you in control of your own day-to-day running. Almost coaching, but without the plan.
Joining the club will give you access to weekly workouts designed specifically for runners as well as "Ask the Coach" Q&A sessions, weekly coaching videos, tips and webinars on topics such as how to train, nutrition and hydration, mindset and more.
