Championing the and campaigns, these sessions offer more than movement. They give women the chance to reset, connect, boost their wellbeing, and feel good in their own way, with no pressure and no judgement.

This week we were joined by Active Essex Foundation — the team working to get more people active and enjoying sport right across the county 🏃‍♀️💪 — who came down to catch up with our Ladies Walking Football squad during their training session.

⚽️🖤🤍 Over 60s Walking Football – Tournament Winners!

Our Over 60s Men’s Walkers were invited to a four-team tournament in Watford this week — and what a day it turned into! After a slow start, the lads found their stride, battled through to the final, and capped it off with a brilliant 2–0 win over Welwyn. 💪👏

A fantastic way to kick off the year and another reminder that football at Beacon Hill never stops. Up the Hill! 🙌🏆

Our Beacon Hill Rovers Over 50s Mens Walking Football team is on the lookout for new first-team and second-team players!
