TIME is our biggest issue when it comes to getting in shape

Our 24 hours ISN’T the same as everyone else...

School runs, pick ups, after school activities, late nights home from work, and chaos weekends...

This all comes first before we plan working out and eating clean

Which mean that takes a back seat - so to does your health and fitness...

And this is the very reason why I always bang on about being the best possible role model…

They WATCH everything you do.

Your daily actions, attitude, what you say, and how you are when sh*t gets ‘tough’.

And in those early ages… who’s their superhero?

Who do they look up to as their number 1.

That number 1 is you.

And that number 1 - everything that person does - YOUR KID THINKS IS NORMAL.

So why shouldn’t Ethan push to be the best he possibly can be?

And ‘KEEP GOING’ when he doesn’t want to.

That’s all he knows.

Getting yourself in shape as a parent isn’t ‘selfish’… spending that ‘time’ to do so…

It’s for THEM.
