Braf oedd hi groesawi Beavers a Cubs 1af Arberth i Hendygwyn am sesiwn hyfforddi llawn hwyl pythefnos yn รดl. Wnaeth yr egni, frwydfrydedd ac hapusrwydd dangos beth mae rygbi ieuenctid amdano.
Fel clwb gymunedol, rydyn yn falch o greu amgylchedd lle mae croeso i bawb, profiad neu beidio neu gallu. Mae sesiynau fel hyn yn ffordd dda o cyflwyno rygbi i pobl mewn sefyllfa ymlaciol, cefnogol, wrth adeiladu hyder, gwaith tรฎm a ffrindiau oes.
Rydyn yn gobeithio gweld llawer oโr wynebau yma yn รดl cyn hir.

It was fantastic to welcome 1st Narberthโs Beavers and Cubs down to Whitland for a fun-filled training session the other week.
The energy, enthusiasm, and big smiles on show summed up exactly what junior rugby is all about.
As a community club, weโre proud to create an environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of experience or ability. Sessions like this are a great way to introduce young people to rugby in a relaxed, supportive setting, while building confidence, teamwork, and friendships along the way.
We hope to see plenty of these faces back again soon.
