What a summer it's been! Such wonderful community Yoga. connection, nature, joy and exploration of Yoga, feeling good, wobbling a little or alot and chatting with you.

Blissful. This mornings yoga welcome brand new people to share practice with, once again so so grateful to enjoy yoga with you all. Can not believe we have just one last session of the season!

You may find it to be just what you need. It's been lovely seeing so many friendly faces each week this sesational summer. If you aren't having a great week, all the more reason to get on the mat and be in nature...Moving your body as much or as little as you like with yoga in the outdoors is beneficial to your mental health.
