Beautiful and relaxing UNWIND class this evening.

Although it was warm, we used a beautifully cooling neck balm, gently massaged onto the backs of our necks and onto our temples — instantly soothing and refreshing.

We enjoyed a wonderful combination of stretching and breathing exercises to release tension and ease tight muscles, before finishing with deep breathing and a guided meditation designed to help us unwind and enjoy the best night’s sleep possible.
