Spring is sprung and summer is around the corner ☀️
Something I am asked about again and again is TRAINING ON HOLIDAY ... 💪 or ☠️ ?

Here is what to consider:
♤Whats the purpose of your holiday? ~ relaxation/family time/adventure ~ Would training complement or inhibit it?
♡Is it feasible and safe - Do you know what to do? Do you have the equipment/facilities necessary to do it safely? ~ Consider what adaptations you might need to make for climate/terrain etc...
◇Do you need to? E.g. If your training for rehabilitation purposes, it would be recommended to continue with your programme as planned to avoid regression. E.g. You get stiff/achey/body discomfort whilst on holiday ~ long flights, dodgy pillows, different mattress - you name it ~ you might need to train to help aleviate your issues and get back to enjoying your holiday!
♧Do you want to? Ultimately it is about weighing up the pros and cons on an individual basis.
